All orders in the 48 Continental United States are shipped by UPS and require a street address. No P.O. Boxes for product orders.

Wrong Address Charge
If your order is missing a STE #, apt. # or has an incorrect address, UPS charges a $5.00 fee. We will pass that $5.00 fee on to you so PLEASE verify your shipping address before placing your order and remember suite numbers if any to avoid a $5 wrong address charge.

Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the company name. Please check the "Business Address" check box when you type in your shipping address.

Returns And Refunds
For Returns - Please call for an RMA # within 30 days of receipt of your product before sending your product back. Let us know if there was a problem with your order. Once we receive the product back your credit card will be refunded within a week. Your cooperation will make sure the processing of your refund is handled quickly and easily. 

For exchanges or customer service issues please call or email us. Returns mailed to us from invoices that are over 30 days can only be exchanged for other product.

Another way to tell is a lock or key icon displays in the browser, but it depends on which browser and version you use as to where the lock is located.  In Internet Explorer it is in the lower right corner and is a yellow icon (closed lock)If you double click on the lock icon it opens a popup window and lets you verify the SSL cert is valid and who it is issued to.
