Features

In addition to screen printing and embroidery, Sonoma Design Apparel & Promotions has two of the latest engineering breakthroughs in the apparel industry, In-Line Foil Printing and Flextran.

Developed by Ralph Keen (Tim's father), Sonoma Design Apparel & Promotions can provide foil application on garments. This long-term project has resulted in the manufacture of the Keehn Foil Stamper, which provides in-line integration of the hot stamping of foils during the actual screenprinting operation. Typical foil stamping is performed off-line using a transfer press and does not yield the quality or product performance (washability) that in-line processing provides. These unique capabilities have established Sonoma Design Apparel & Promotions as the foremost Foil Stamper in the nation.

Sonoma Design Apparel & Promotions also has the capability to provide Flextran.  Flextran was also developed and patents applied for by Ralph Keehn, which is the first in the apparel industry to provide dimension, texture, color and "stretch-ability" to any garment, caps, or accessories to which it is applied.

Our state of the art manufacturing and distribution facility is located in the Sonoma Valley Wine Region. We pride ourselves in the fact that we are not a middleman and all apparel embellishment is completed in house in our 5,600 square foot facility.
